Chaplain Gym is a personal training management application developed and operated by Cooper Interactive Group, Inc., a California C-Corporation. By using this application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Chaplain Gym helps your trainer track workouts, schedule appointments, log your progress, and communicate with you about your training. It is a tool for organizing your fitness journey, not a medical device or health diagnostic tool.
Your trainer creates your account and provides your login credentials. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your trainer immediately.
The information provided through Chaplain Gym, including workout programs, exercise instructions, and calorie estimates, is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.
Your trainer is not a licensed medical professional unless explicitly stated. By using this app, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk and that your trainer is not liable for any injury sustained during training.
You agree to use Chaplain Gym only for its intended purpose: managing your personal training. You will not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Workout programs, templates, and exercise content created by your trainer remain their intellectual property. Your personal data (body metrics, workout logs, etc.) belongs to you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting your trainer.
Chaplain Gym is provided as-is. While we strive to keep the app running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooper Interactive Group, Inc. and its officers, employees, trainers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on any information provided through the app, or participation in any training program facilitated by the app. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
